Hilliard Construction has the ability and the support of our home office in Midland, TX to offer several construction services to the wind power industry. These services include, but are not limited to:

• Construction of Operation and Maintenance Buildings
• Water Delivery
• SWPPP Fence and Installation
• Construction of Temporary/Permanent Meteorological Towers
• Land/Site Clearing
• Monitor, oversee and work with the project’s General Contractor
• Monitor, oversee and work with the Turbine Manufacturer to coordinate the erection of the turbines and ensure proper documentation is submitted on time
• Monitor construction of crossing details for “existing pipelines” if necessary to ensure encroachment guidelines are met and issues are resolved
• Maintain Construction files
• Monitor, provide updates and verification of work in accordance with Schedule review and updates to Developer’s Project Manager who is responsible for the project cost, schedule, safety, and land owner management and satisfaction
• Review Change Orders from the General Contractor and Subcontractors
• Pipeline/Utility locating and mapping
